Pataka Road Story
The sun was setting, and the day was a record-breaker for heat. I decided to go for a walk back home, but soon realized I had no idea where I was. So I just started to walk, trying not to worry about getting lost in the woods.
The road wasn't the destination, so I ended up taking a walk in the woods. It took me awhile to figure out where I was.
The road is not the destination, so I decided to walk back home. It didn't take long before I realized I was lost. Then I noticed that I was right by a strange house, with a purple door and a silly snowman on the lawn.
I'm not interested in getting anywhere fast. Walking gives me time to think and reflect – eventually I made my way home.
I had plans to take the bus home from the bar, but it was raining and I didn't want to get my phone wet. So I decided to walk instead. I don't remember much after that, except waking up in a ditch with my pant legs inside out and an empty 40oz stuck to my shoe.
